Pütnitz
Puetnitz greenfield solar park was constructed by Solarworld on land earmarked for redevelopment in the north of the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The project benefits from the favorable feed-in tariff of 15.95 ct/kWh Euro.
Some 87,998 Solarworld polycrystalline modules were installed on an area of over 140,000 m². The converters were sourced from Schneider Electric and Solarworld developed the PV-mounting system.
Long-term project financing for the facility was arranged in conjunction with HSH Nordbank AG, supported by a low-interest subsidy from the KfW development bank. A comprehensive operations and maintenance plan was drawn up with Solarparc AG – a subsidiary of Solarworld AG, which developed the project and supervised the construction process.
